A former worker of the World Financial Discussion board has sued the Swiss non-profit, which runs a high-profile convention annually in Davos, and its chair, Klaus Schwab, for discrimination.

The previous worker, Topaz Smith, who’s a Black lady, alleged that in her practically two years on the discussion board she was denied skilled alternatives due to her race and gender.
